He's crafty, He gets around!
He does so much stuff now!
-His four molars came in and he looks like a big boy.
-He loves to get up after I change his diaper and throw it in the garbage. Like it's a ball.
-He likes to head butt for fun. He says "bamm" when he does it. Then laughs.
-He says "nnneigh!" every time he sees a horse, "ock" (oink) when he sees a pig, "woof" for dog, "yow" for cat in a high pitched voice, just like "meow", and he tries to make the noise of an elephant by blowing out his lips like we do but it sounds the same as when he blows on his hot food.
-He calls Violet "me-me" and me "mom". He can say Dad but he never does. He doesn't say Dalton yet but when Dalton gets home from school Dexter goes right over and gives him a hug. Dexter hugs are the best. He goes totally limp on you. Lays his head on your shoulder and just loves you. It is the greatest.
-He loves books. He will get one and wriggle into whoever is closest lap to be read to.
-He loves Violet. Even though she is mean to him all the time. He is so excited to see her in the morning.
-He likes to eat bananas, pb sandwiches, macaroni, corndogs, pears fresh not canned, apples, crackers, yogurt, string cheese, peas, cereal and usually what we are having for dinner. Still not too interested in cow's milk. Maybe after the final weaning. Happening now.
-He is a climber! Toilet, chairs, couch he is up there so fast. I have to be quick. He has figured out how to push chairs around the kitchen and get to the counters he wants. Not good. He climbs up by the stove.
-He is almost always happy and sweet. Almost.
